We love intimate weddings, as a smaller guest list allows us to focus on crafting a personalized, unforgettable experience. By paying attention to every detail, we ensure that each moment feels special. From custom wedding programs to thoughtfully curated activities throughout your entire stay, we create a truly unique celebration for you and your closest guests.
Do you offer wedding day coordination?
We specialize in full-service wedding planning to help couples bring their unique vision to life. By working closely with you from start to finish, we ensure a seamless and stress-free planning experience, guiding you through every step to create the wedding of your dreams.
Do you offer styling and design services without full planning?
If you already have planned your wedding, we can still collaborate to bring your wedding vision to life with our wedding design services. We’ll work alongside your planner to create a stunning, cohesive look for your big day.
Do you work with preferred vendors, or can we choose our own?
We collaborate with a wide range of trusted vendors, and we’re happy to connect you with our carefully curated list of recommended partners. If you prefer to hire an external vendor, we’re more than happy to work with them to ensure your event is flawlessly executed. Our goal is to create the perfect wedding, no matter who you choose.
Do you manage the wedding budget through the agency, or do we pay vendors directly?
You’ll have direct contracts with all vendors, allowing you to view the real prices without any commissions or markups from the agency. This transparent approach ensures you see all the pricing details and specifications upfront. We believe it’s essential for our clients to have full visibility into vendor costs and all associated details.

We act as your representatives—ensuring all contracts are reviewed, and payments are monitored and processed directly with the vendors.

Do you charge extra for travel and accommodation?
As we are based in Amsterdam, there are no additional fees for venues located within the city. However, if your venue is more than 2 hours from Amsterdam, there may be additional accommodation costs. We always keep these costs reasonable and will communicate them to you upfront, before booking any accommodations or travel arrangements.
Is it necessary to visit my wedding venue before the big day?
We always encourage our couples to visit their chosen wedding venue—it’s an exciting part of the planning process and helps you visualize the layout and flow of the wedding. This step is crucial for making informed decisions about everything from decor to guest arrangements.

However, we understand that not all couples have the opportunity to visit their venue in person, especially for destination weddings. As we work a lot with international clients, we’ve perfected the art of organizing everything online. We’ve helped many couples successfully plan their wedding without ever seeing the venue in-person beforehand, and they were absolutely delighted with the results! We handle online site inspections to ensure you’re fully prepared, no matter where you are.

How early should we start wedding planning?
We recommend starting your wedding planning process 12-18 months before your big day. This timeline ensures you have access to preferred venue dates and prevents the stress of discovering that your favorite wedding vendors are already booked.

While we’ve successfully planned stunning weddings under two months, we advise against rushing decisions. Starting early gives you the time and peace of mind to plan a wedding that’s everything you’ve dreamed of, without the pressure of last-minute decisions.

Are you available for a meeting or call in the evening or on weekends?
During the high season, we are often busy in the weekend overseeing weddings. However, during the planning stages, we prioritize scheduling calls Monday through Friday during regular working hours.

We understand that many of our clients are from international locations, such as the USA or Asia, with significant time zone differences. To accommodate this, we do our best to offer flexible call times that work for you, no matter where you are.

And of course, we are always available for urgent matters and last-minute assistance, ensuring your wedding planning experience remains smooth and stress-free.

What are the next steps if we are ready to hire you?
We begin working on your wedding planning project once the contract is signed and the initial deposit has been received. This ensures that we can dedicate our time and resources to bringing your vision to life.
